Parish Secretaries and Receptionists serve as the first opportunity of evangelization and welcoming to those who call, email or visit the parish office. Day in and day out they represent, for many, an encounter with Christ. By their hospitality and response to the diverse needs of those who come to the parish they become the Coordinators of First Impressions.
