Rev. Harold Graf
Rev. Harold Graf has been suspended from all priestly duties as a response
to the "Charter" approved by the Catholic Bishops of the United
States on June 14, 2002.
Fr. Graf had most recently served as Associate Pastor at St. Joan of
Arc Church in Phoenix. He was to report as Associate Pastor of St. Elizabeth
Seton Church in Sun City on July 1, 2002. That appointment has been rescinded.
Fr. Graf was ordained June 1, 1968 for the Diocese of Rockville Center
and was incardinated in the Diocese of Phoenix in July 1971. Fr. Graf
has served as Associate Pastor at St. Gregory Church from 1969 to 1971,
then one year at St. Mary Church in Chandler. From 1972 to 1976 he was
the Associate Pastor at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church in Tempe. In 1976
Fr. Graf was appointed Pastor of St. Paul Church where he served until
1981 when he went to St. Henry Church in Buckeye. In 1982 he became Director
of Holy Trinity Newman Center at Northern Arizona University. He was Pastor
of Blessed Sacrament Church in Scottsdale from July 1988 until 1991. In
July 1992 he was appointed as Vocations Director. In July 1994 he was
appointed as Associate Pastor at Our Lady of Lourdes Church in Sun City
West where he served until July 2001 when he was appointed as Associate
Pastor at St. Joan of Arc Church.
