Introductory Session Information

An Introductory Session is prerequisite for attending a series in Natural Family Planning. This session provides information in the following areas:

• The Beauty of Married Sexuality and How NFP Aids This
• The Scientific Basis of NFP
• Reproductive Physiology
• Effectiveness Rates of NFP vs. Other Methods
• Couple Communication
• Motivation

Registration is required to attend an Introductory Presentation

Fee is $20 per couple. Payment may be made on the day of the class. Engaged couples should attend this session as soon after their engagement as possible.

Full Series Information

The tuition for the full series in Natural Family Planning is $100.00 per couple. Tuition includes the following:

• An Introductory Session
• One Client Manual with Complete Set of Learning Activities
• One Basal Body Thermometer
• Eighteen (18) Charts
• Three Learner Centered Classes Taught by Certified Instructors
• Follow-up with a Certified Instructor until mastery of the Method is achieved

Payment must be made in full prior to the Introductory Session of the class series to reserve a place in the class.

Policy on Missed Classes and Follow-up

The instructors at the Phoenix Natural Family Planning Center are highly trained and certified NFP educators. They desire to work with you on a personal as well as a professional basis. The process used to accomplish this goal entails classroom instruction and personal follow-up. This instructional process has been designed to help each client learn the proper application of NFP guidelines within their own cycles of fertility and infertility.

Attending the Introductory Session and each of the classes is extremely important for the client's thorough understanding of Natural Family Planning and for continuity of the instuctional process, as well as the development of a working relationship between client and instructor.

Therefore, if you must miss a class or cannot attend a scheduled follow-up appointment, please call the Phoenix Natural Family Planning Center at (602) 225-0636 at least 24 hours in advance so that other arrangements can be made.
