Beginning Experience
The Beginning Experience is a weekend program designed to help widowed, separated, or divorced persons make a new beginning in life. It is a time of closure on the past and a new beginning in the present.
A specially trained team leads participants through the simple program. There are presentations by the team, followed by personal, private reflection, and dialogue in small groups. The dialogue group is formed into a warm, supportive community built up by a simple and non-threatening method of dialogue. Team leaders include men and women who are divorced or widowed, as well as other persons with experience in life renewal.
Interested persons should speak with a member of Beginning Experience team to determine their readiness for the weekend. Those in therapy must have the permission of their therapist to participate.
Cost $90.00 each participant. A $20.00 deposit must be submitted with your application.
