GIFT SHOP
Help
customers select gifts and direct them to books and other items
for sale in the parish gift shop. Time commitment is 2 - 4 hours
each week.

TECHNOLOGY COMMITTEE
The
Technology Committee advises the Technology Director in the type
of hardware and software that is needed to teach the curriculum.
From time to time committee members will help in installing and
repairing hardware.

PARENT ASSOCIATION
Parents
of current CTK School students meet to plan activities that promote
Christian fellowship, spirituality and stewardship in the school.
Time is 1 – 2 hours every 2 months, with additional time
for special projects.

ART MASTERPIECE
Volunteer
in classroom once every two weeks for one hour starting in January.
Present information about art prints, artists and doing an art
project.

PLAYGROUND MONITOR
Oversee
students playing on the playground. Be aware of behavior and report
all accidents. Time is 11:40 am–12:50 PM, one or two days
per week.

Coach or assist coaches with Fall Boys’ Flag Football, Winter Boys’ Basketball, Spring Boys’ Baseball, Girls’ Volleyball, Girls’ Softball, and/or Girls’ Basketball. Time commitment ranges from 2 to 5 afternoons per week for the length of the season.

Assist the teacher with various needs and activities. Time commitment is to be determined with the teacher. Some training is required.

Help maintain a clean, organized and orderly cafeteria environment. Time commitment is 1 - 2 hours per week.

Collaborate with the Pastor and Principal in establishing the educational vision and school policies. Time commitment is 2 – 3 hours monthly, plus additional time for special projects.

This team is responsible for cleaning and caring for the church and related areas. Time commitment 8:30-9:45 AM, following the 8:00 AM Mass on Tuesday morning.

Help with various preventive and repair maintenance duties, including plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, dry wall, etc. Time commitment is on-call as needed.

Help formulate a facilities plan to meet the needs of our growing parish. Time commitment is 1 – 2 hours per month, with additional time for special projects.

Volunteers are needed periodically to insert fliers, envelopes, etc. in the Sunday bulletins. Time commitment is 1 – 2 hours, 1 – 2 times per month on Friday afternoons.

Volunteers work weekly to keep the kitchens in Presentation and St.
Joseph Halls straightened up, cupboards organized and shelves stocked. This is a ministry whose work can be split up among several volunteers with varying time commitments.

Help with various clerical duties in the parish and finance offices such as data entry, filing, answering telephones, preparing mailings, etc. Time commitment is very flexible, but weekdays only. 2 - 4 hours per week.

MONEY
COUNTERS
Sort
cash, checks, and coins from the weekend collection and
prepare the bank deposit. Time commitment is 2 – 3
hours every three weeks.

Members work in conjunction with the Pastor to prepare the annual operating budget for the parish and implement the final approved budget. Members serve as liaisons to individual ministries to administer their budgets. Time commitment is 2 – 4 hours per month.
