NFP is taught as a safe, effective method of avoiding and achieving pregnancy within the Christian (not just Catholic) teachings on birth regulation.

Informational talks are given which include a description of NFP with comparisons to other methods and an introduction to Christian and Catholic teaching on birth regulation.
