settings including paper plates, cups, napkins, plastic ware, etc., We
will supply cooking utensils, cookware, etc.
CCRC cooks
..$6.00 per person per meal
We will provide all meals including a beverage bar all day (coffee, hot
water for tea-hot chocolate-cider, cold water). Menus will be provided.
We will work with group on food allergies, with prior notification.
Rooms:
There are 7 rooms and 32 beds available for use, all of them
upstairs.** Each room is named after
a
saint:
St. Rita has one queen bed and one sofa sleeper-queen size
St. Elizabeth has five twin beds and a small sitting couch, including a
sink/cabinet
St. Scholastica has seven twin beds and one large couch (twin size)
St. Benedict has eight twins and one double bed
St. Henry has four twins and one double bed
St. Catherine of Siena has two twin beds, including a sink/cabinet
St. Philomena has two twin beds, including a sink/cabinet
** We will need to know how
many males and females so that proper room assignments may be made
Bathrooms:
There are two full size bathrooms upstairs, with a bathtub and shower
included in each bathroom. There is also a full bathroom
downstairs available, which is next to the Chapel.
Provisions:
We provide the bed, sheets, pillow and pillowcase, comforter, extra
blankets, towels, soap. You may also bring your own sleeping bag,
etc.
Meeting Room:
The St. Francis Room holds 35 chairs in a classroom setting, large
tables also available.
Also available is a TV with VCR/DVD, dry erase board, podium, and
writing pad stand.
Special Retreats:
Cursillo Thursday afternoon to Sunday evening. Use of kitchen and
sleeping facilities,

Adoration Chapel:
Keep in mind our Chapel of the Divine Mercy is a Perpetual Adoration
Chapel and will be
available for all retreats at this center.
Entrance:
Although our address listed is on Beaver Street, the entrance is in the
back of the house.
We are located next to the St. Marys Catholic School, at the corner of
Dale and Beaver
Streets.
Parking:
Parking is available in the parking lot of the Catholic School beginning
on Friday afternoons
after 4pm and all weekend. You must park on the street any other times.
Catholic Church/Gift Store:
Is located across the street from the CCRC. Check with Facility Manager
for schedule.
Local Establishments:
We are located downtown and there is an array of fine eating
establishments within walking distance. There is also a park and
library within walking.
Weather:
Keep in mind the weather in the Northland is very comfortable during the
early spring and summer months and into fall. There are several
basketball hoops outside on the parking lot of the Catholic School and
with prior special request, you may use the gymnasium which is
located next door to the Retreat Center.
Damage Clause:
Any damage incurred during the Retreat will be added to final bill.
Contract:
See attached. This
contract must be reviewed by all chaperones and retreatants prior to
arriving, then signed by group leader and CCRC Facility Manager upon
arriving at the Center.
Reservation Deposit:
10 % of total cost required at the time of scheduling.
A
full refund is granted if cancelled one month prior to the scheduled
event.
