ST. CATHERINE LABOURÉ CATHOLIC CHURCH FINANCE COUNCIL October 14, 2004
Present Verne Nadeau, Dan Mannix and Janeen Oquist Meeting began at 6:00pm with a prayer by Janeen. Minutes from September - there were no minutes to approve Financial Statements for September were approved by Verne and seconded by Dan. Janeen handed out copies of the minutes taken at the Diocesan Financial meeting held in Seligman which was attended by Tammie. These meetings will be held on a quarterly basis at different locations to accommodate all parishes of the Dioceses of Phoenix. Dan will be taking over the 4th Sunday counting responsibility from Mike . Verne showed Dan the lock-up cabinet, gave him the combination and walked him through the steps and responsibilities of the Finance Council Representative. Janeen reminded us to get our “Counting Team” to the Phase II Session. Sessions will be held on October 23, 10am to 12noon November 5 - 7pm to 10pm Meeting adjourned at 6:30pm. Next meeting will be on November 11, beginning with Mass at 5:30pm. |
