Text Box: Active Kids ** EDGE ** Life Teen RCIC** RCIT ** Sacramental Prep ** Confirmation Early registration for the 2008-2009 school year will take place in the church on the following days: Monday, June 2                   6-7:30 pm Tuesday, June 3                   6-7:30 pm Wednesday, June 4             6-7:30 pm  Please note the following requirements for registration: You must be a registered parishioner. Registration will not be accepted without all of the required, completed forms.  All paperwork and fees are due at the time of registration.  A copy of baptismal certificate must be included with registration forms. Checks are to be made payable to St. Clare of Assisi with a memo written out indicating the program you are registering for (Active Kids, EDGE, etc… Program Fees are: $75 for one child $140 for two children $200 for three or more children If  you are unable to pay full tuition, please contact Margaret or Beckee.  No child will be turned away for inability to pay full tuition. All paperwork is available in the office. If you are unable to attend the Early Registration dates, please note the regular registration will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12-3:00pm in the parish office from August 12-September 9. If you miss the pre-registration period, we will accept applications August 12-September 9, Tuesdays & Thursdays, from 12-3:00pm. in the office. THESE WILL BE THE ONLY TIMES WE WILL ACCEPT APPLICATIONS. Thank you!
