Eight of us hold voting positions. We're appointed by the liturgical ministries we represent (Lectors, Extraordinary Ministers of Communion, Hospitality, Altar Guild, Rosary Leaders, Religious Education, Spanish-speaking ministry, Music ministry, Family ministry).  At our monthly meetings each of us makes a report about any liturgical issues especially within our own group.  We also offer the pastor our advice and help when needed.  Each year we approve and sponsor the two communal penance services (for Advent and Lent) and we serve as a resource for all major liturgical celebrations.
