FINANCIAL  INFORMATION

Tuition

Tuition for the 2009/2010 School Year is $10,240.00. A parish reduction is offered to families that are actively participating in a parish. Verification is required from the parish. The 2009/10 tuition rate with the parish reduction is $8,150.00. Tuition may be paid annually, each semester or using a 10 or 12 month payment plan.

 Course Fees

Certain courses require fees to cover consumable materials.  The average semester cost of these fees is $35.00 per applicable course.  Examples of courses that require fees are Art, Biology, Computer Graphics, Photography and Architecture.  These fees will be billed in October and February of each year.

 Books

The cost of student books is included in the tuition rate.  However, we do require that each new student pay a book fee to cover normal wear and tear to books. This one-time non-refundable book fee of $250.00 will be due in the month of April following admission to the school. An optional payment plan is available. 

Other Incidental Costs

Each freshman student will be issued a bible, a physical education uniform and 2-3 consumable reference or workbooks.  There will be a nominal cost for each of these items.  There may also be additional consumable materials issued to a student in their sophomore, junior and senior years depending on their coursework.  The average cost for these incidental items is $25.00-$50.00 per semester. These charges will be billed in October and February of each semester.

Uniforms- Average cost $125.00 to $200.00. Purchased directly through Dennis Uniforms. 

Athletic Participation and Extra-Curricular Activities

Athletic participation fees vary by sport.  Average cost per sport is $160.00. Sports are classified by fall, winter and spring seasons. Fee payment is due at the beginning of each season.

Many clubs and organizations collect dues to help cover costs. 

Application Fee

Applicants pay a $40 application fee which is credited against the first semester tuition.

Registration Fee

The 2009/2010 registration fee is $200.00. Payment of the non-refundable fee is due with the student's registration packet.

 Graduation Fee

Each student will be billed for a graduation fee during the second semester of their senior year.  The 2009/2010 fee is $150.00 and includes the cost of the cap and gown, baccalaureate, and the graduation ceremony.
