Yep, I am the Librarian/Lab Instructor at St. Gregory Catholic School in Phoenix, AZ.  I love my job, I love our school, our kids are fantastic, and they love to learn!

I am a native of Phoenix.  I have also lived in Las Cruces, NM and Springfield MO - they were nice places, but Phoenix is my home.  I grew up about a mile and a half away from St. Gregory's.

Here are some fun facts to know and tell:

I am a HUGE (National League) baseball fan.  Go D'backs (and Mets!)  Even though we have traded Craig Counsell, I am looking forward to another exciting season with the Diamondbacks.  Is it just me, or does anyone else think that D-Baxter looks like Wilbur the Wildcat from U of A??    

 

I love to crank music up in the library in between classes.  (Shhhh - I guess I forgot we're supposed to be QUIET in the library!)

 

I love my Airedale dog, Archie Leach.

                                  

The chiles in Las Cruces are awesome (yum!). 

 

The fireflies in Springfield are magical...
