St. Gregory's Preschool
has expanded. Two years ago we started our program with one class of 18 students
and now we have two PreKindergarten classes ( 4 year olds) and one Rising Fours
class (3.6 years old). Our PreK teachers are Mrs. Rebecca Mosher
and

November came along and we prepared for Thanksgiving. Each class had their own Thanksgiving celebration. Pre K 1 had a Stone Soup Supper. They searched high and low for the perfect stone. Even after we found the right stone, Mrs. Mosher was still receiving them from the children. Mrs. Martinez’s Rising Fours had a Thanksgiving feast from egg rolls to tamales. What wonderful diversity. Ms. Melcher’s class had a traditional turkey dinner.

As they
say a picture paints a thousand words. They also did an encore presentation for
our Senior Citizens luncheon.
Mrs.
Mosher’s class painted a beautiful
Advent banner for Andre House and
also collected their outgrown jackets and clothing to send to the less
fortunate.
We have
a lot to look forward to: Open House (Jan. 30), Book Fair, Preschool/Kindergarten
Roundup (Feb. 11) & Jogathon (we need to beat Fr. John again).
