The Vocations Committee is grateful that you have chosen to "adopt" one of our seminarians this year .  Your seminarian's name is:_____________________________________ .  He is studying at ______________________________.

The minimum requirements are:

 

  1. Pray frequently for the seminarian (Mass, rosary , adoration, Holy Hour).
  2. Send a birthday card on his birthday.
  3. Send two forms of communications per month -e-mail, greeting card, personal note, phone call, black socks, "Thank you" notes.
  4. Send a  "care package" -cookies or baked goods, school supplies, writing supplies, stamps, phone cards. OR Send a monthly $20 -$25(maximum) cash gift ( check or money order).
  5. Commitment months: August 2007 through May 2008 (renewable yearly)

 

Your seminarian will certainly appreciate your support and will remember you in his prayers. If you help even one young man to follow Christ to priesthood: you are doing something immensely valuable for souls. In some sense, every good work that a priest does in his lifetime will be your good work, too.

 Isaiah 43: 1- "I have called you by name: you are mine."

 The Vocations Committee is looking for individuals or families to SUPPORT a seminarian for a year.

 The minimum requirements are as follows:  

  1. Pray frequently for the seminarian (Mass, rosary, adoration, Holy Hour).
  2. Send a birthday card on his birthday.
  3. Send two forms of communications per month -e-mail, greeting card, personal note, phone call.

 RETURN FORMS TO CHURCH OFFICE. DEADLINE: September 16, 2007 SPONSORS WILL BE ASSIGNED A SEMINARIAN (OR MAY CHOOSE THEIR OWN SEMINARIAN) AND WILL BE GIVEN A "STARTER PACKET".
